Important: All purchases are processed through Google Play Store. Refund requests must be made through the appropriate platform within their specified timeframes.
2. Free vs. Premium Features
2.1 Free Features
MyJhola offers a robust set of free features that do not require payment. These include:
- Basic packing list creation
- Item management and categorization
- Cloud synchronization
- Basic templates
2.2 Premium Features
Premium features may include:
- Advanced AI suggestions
- Unlimited templates
- Priority support
- Ad-free experience
- Advanced customization options
3. Refund Eligibility
3.1 Google Play Store Purchases
For purchases made through Google Play Store:
- Within 48 hours: Refunds can be requested directly through Google Play
- After 48 hours: Contact us at info@myjhola.app with your order details
3.2 Eligible Refund Reasons
Refunds may be granted for:
- Technical issues preventing app usage
- Duplicate charges
- Accidental purchases
- Feature not working as described
- Service unavailable or discontinued
3.3 Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds will NOT be granted for:
- Change of mind after using premium features
- Lack of understanding of features before purchase
- Account suspension due to Terms of Service violation
- Requests made after the refund period
4. Subscription Refunds
4.1 Monthly Subscriptions
- Prorated refunds may be available for unused time
- Request must be made within 7 days of purchase
- Cancellation stops future billing but doesn't automatically refund current period
4.2 Annual Subscriptions
- Refunds available within 14 days of initial purchase
- After 14 days, prorated refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis
- Service must not have been extensively used
5. How to Request a Refund
5.1 Through Google Play Store
- Open Google Play Store app
- Tap Menu → Account → Order history
- Find the purchase
- Tap "Request a refund"
- Follow the prompts
5.2 Through MyJhola Support
If the Google Play refund window has passed, contact us at:
- Email: info@myjhola.app
- Subject: Refund Request - [Your Order ID]
Please include:
- Your account email
- Order ID or receipt
- Reason for refund request
- Any supporting documentation
6. Refund Processing
6.1 Timeline
- Review: We will review your request within 2-3 business days
- Decision: You will be notified of approval or denial
- Processing: Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days
- Credit: Refunds appear in your account within 7-10 business days
6.2 Refund Method
Refunds are issued to the original payment method used for purchase.
7. Free Trial Period
If we offer a free trial for premium features:
- Cancel anytime during trial to avoid charges
- Cancellation must be done at least 24 hours before trial ends
- Access to premium features continues until trial end date
8. Promotional Pricing
Purchases made during promotional periods are subject to the same refund policy. Promotional discounts cannot be retroactively applied to existing purchases.
9. Service Changes
If we discontinue a premium feature you've purchased:
- You'll receive 30 days notice
- Prorated refund offered for remaining subscription time
- Or alternative feature of equal value
10. Dispute Resolution
If you're unsatisfied with our refund decision:
- Contact us to discuss the issue
- Provide additional information if available
- We'll review the case again
- Final decision will be communicated in writing
